Green Goblin is the first boss encountered during the missions of Story mode. His attacks consist of Green Gas bombs/pillars/floor objects placed and thrown in front of the player throughout the battle.

Vulture

Vulture is the second boss encountered during the missions of Story mode. His attacks consist of spinning Blades/pillars/floor objects placed and thrown in front of the player throughout the battle.

Electro

Electro is the third boss encountered during the missions of Story mode. His attacks consist of Electric bombs/pillars/floor objects placed and thrown in front of the player throughout the battle.

Sandman

Sandman is the fourth boss encountered during the missions of Story mode. His attacks consist of Sand Mines/pillars/floor objects placed and thrown in front of the player throughout the battle.

Dr. Octopus

Dr. Octopus is the fifth boss encountered during the missions of Story mode. His attacks consist of mines, tentacle pillars, and Electric floor objects placed and thrown in front of the player throughout the battle. He's also (till update 5) the only boss who doesn't fly but walks in front of you.

Mysterio

Mysterio is the sixth boss encountered during the missions of story mode. His attacks consist of floting eyes and enlarged fist thrown and placed throughout the battle. He has his own unique stage which is warped and has the only area where spidey can switch lanes while in webswing mode.

Special Appearance BossesEdit

Silver Sable

Silver Sable is a limited time boss introduced in update 5. She is only encountered during events and unlimited runs. Her attacks consist of high power fire bombs/pillars/floor objects that are placed or thrown at the player throughout the run.
